CRONOLOGÍA

- Cuco's Kitchen was established in 1992 by Cuco Tapia. It is a family-owned business in Albuquerque, New Mexico. They had several Mexican fast food restaurants around Albuquerque in the early 2000s.

- However, when the 2008 recession hit Albuquerque, Cuco’s Kitchen had to close all their operating restaurants. In the course of this tragedy to stay afloat they still kept their hopes up.

- In 2012 Cuco's Kitchen popped up at several spots, like at the State Fair of New Mexico or at different events that they were invited to.

- In 2015 they opened up their first physical location after the recession. After only being known back in the 90s, Cuco’s Kitchen made an effort to make a great comeback.

- They continued their way to Cottonwood Mall where they spent 6 years, up until 2020 (COVID).

- Even though 2020 was a challenging year Cuco’s Kitchen got their own physical location again, up by the Albuquerque heights.

-2022 Cuco’s Kitchen opened their first location with a twist in Los Lunas. This restaurant is a different concept with a slightly different name- Cuco’s Chelas y Más .

-In June 2023 Cuco’s Kitchen opened their third location inside the Wyoming/Montgomery shopping center. Where the ABQ Journal wrote an article on- ABQ Journal Article.

- 2023 Cuco’s Kitchen is now operating three sucessful locations in New Mexico.
